A plea for help from Woodbastwick Church…

Woodbastwick Church is in need our community’s help!  So much was looked after by Kit that the PCC need some help to keep the bare minimum going, in order for the church not to be seen as ‘closed’ and so we can continue to receive help and apply for funding.

Does anyone have experience of maintaining the fabric of buildings, not necessarily building or hands-on repairs, but what to look for, and is able to report it and help us find the right skills to make repairs?

Or perhaps you are good with money and would like to look at making bids to repair or improve facilities?

Maybe you are happy to keep a budget, create a cash book and balance sheet for yearly accounts?

Or perhaps you just want to help ensure the church and the grave yard are looked after for many years to come?

Then you would be most welcome at our next PCC meeting on Friday, 24th January 2025 at 10.15am at Copperhole, Horning Road, Woodbastwick.  For some roles, you don’t have to become a PCC member, you could pledge to offer assistance and advice… all gratefully received!  If you would like any more information, in the first instance, please email woodbastwickchurch@gmail.com.  Thank You.
