We will continue to meet at Woodbastwick Village Hall only, in order to comply with current guidelines. All meetings begin at 7.30pm.

In light of the Government’s easing of restrictions, the Parish Council met for the their first face-to-face meeting in over a year on 2nd June 2021. We plan to continue to meet this way, with safety measures in place, for as long as we can. We will also meet, for the time being, only at Woodbastwick Village Hall as this site has been approved and risk assessed for use. We will keep you up-to-date with any changes to the re-opening of meetings and buildings here.

In light of the outbreak of Coronavirus and current guidelines, the Parish Council will recommence meetings via Zoom on 1st July 2020. Please advise the clerk by 5pm on 30th June if you would like to receive participant details.
The Parish Council meets every month apart from August and December. The meetings are usually on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.30 and take place at either Ranworth or Woodbastwick village halls. All residents are very welcome to attend and each meeting includes a time for residents to raise issues that effect them.

Due to the first Wednesday of 2020 falling so close to New Year, the Council’s first meeting of 2020 has been moved to Wednesday, 8th January at 7.30pm in Woodbastwick Village Hall.

As we are in an election year, May’s meeting must be held after the elections. Therefore, this meeting will be held on 7th May 2019. The Annual Parish Meeting will start first at 7.30pm and the Annual Council Meeting will follow from 7.45pm onwards. Both meetings will take place at Woodbastwick Village Hall.
